Hello All,

     On Saturday, April 19th Pottsgrove Little League will be holding picture day and Opening Day at Ringing Rocks Elementary. The league will provide The Reading Phillies Screwball and expo games by a few of our instructional and t ball teams. Also, for a reasonable fee, a giant inflatable obstacle course, speed pitch, carnival games, food, 50/50, and raffles. Lastly, don't miss our troop collection box. This is also a great opportunity to give a little back to the brave men and women over seas. A table will be available for the children can make cards to send along with the goodies. A flyer will be attached to this email of the items we will be collecting.

    This is a great opportunity to get in hours to receive your volunteer fee. In order to make the most of our event we will need numerous volunteers. It is easy and fun and you can get the kids involved as well.  In the past, I have had many parents run carnival games with their children. This has been a huge success especially for the younger ball players.

        Snack bar
            sales of hot-dogs, hamburgers/cheeseburgers, snacks, and drinks
        Grill (come on boys show your grill skill)
        Sandy Candy Table (kids fill their own 12in. candy tube with an assortment of pebble candy)
        Speed Pitch (Coaches love working this booth)
        Carnival Games
            Tip a Troll
            5 Pin Bowling
            Frog Jump
            Mini Golf
            Loop De Loop
            Strike Out
            Basketball Shoot
Schedule:

Set up begins at 8:00
Carnival games will begin approx. at 9:00
Speed pitch and obstacle course will be ready at 10:00
Instructional game to begin at 10:00
We will have a short ceremony at 12:00 (also the arrival of Screwball)
T ball game to begin after ceremonies
Closing is approximately 2:00
Clean up after 2:00
