*All board members, managers, coaches, team parents and
 any volunteer who will be working directly with the players this season,
are required to fill out and submit a "Volunteer Form". 
This background check is part of Little League's Child Protection Program.
There is no cost to you.

To request your Volunteer Refund.....

Print out and complete the Volunteer Refund Form (click button below) and hand it to your child's coach.
FORM MUST BE SIGNED BY YOUR CHILD'S COACH!!!! 
Coaches should then turn in forms to either their coordinator or the league treasurer by mail (to address above).
To receive your refund for 2010 - forms must submitted by June 30th, 2010.

Checks will be released  in July.

7/8/10  UPDATE - VOLUNTEER FEE REFUND REQUESTS DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED TO JULY 31ST WITH CHECKS BEING RELEASED IN AUGUST.  FORMS MUST BE MAILED TO:

7/28/2010 UPDATE - 
Checks will be available (for persons who turned in their volunteer fee refund request prior
 to the July 31st deadline), for pick-up at our monthly meeting on August 11th at the
West Pottsgrove Township Building Pavilion/Field at 7:30 PM.  
If you are not able to attend meeting, checks will be mailed out later that week.
