Previous months meeting minutes read and approved.
Financial report was read and approved.
Senior Legion won tournament in Glouster HNB tournament Friday June 30 regular game Saturday, Sunday and Monday games and championship held on July 4th at 1:00 pm
Junior Legion had a parents meeting City County 2 and 2, 3 and 6 overall wooden bats broken Babe Ruth won 1st game 10 runned Douglassville 13 year old prep plugs for bases and umpire issue
Fundraising – Save-a-Tape program - gave to Rick Schrack for Junior Legion, John Cappiello for Senior Legion, Kim gave out to City County parents & gave to Bill Reeder for his team.
Wawa put on back burner
Signs on High School fence – are not pursuing
Old Business: Jason made a motion if clearances were not submitted by June 10th at 6:00 pm they couldn’t coach until done, 2nd by Kim, all were in favor.
Rich Schrack will pickup the door for the meeting room from Rob
Kim made a motion for team pictures to be done by midnight on Sunday, June 10th and if not done they wouldn’t be in program book, John 2nd, all were in favor.
Tabled discussion for drafting order and double roster until a later meeting.
Bud will find out about gates for Hillside.
Banners – Howard went to pick up, they were not done yet. The ones on the snack bar table can be hung. They should be done by the end of the week.
New Business: Bud will talk to Mr. Hawthorne about where we stand with the three townships.
John made a motion for Jim Nash to receive his money back for Tom due to his collarbone injury, 2nd by Kim, all were in favor.
Open Floor: First Aid kits – check with coaches.
Rakes and tractor at Hillside; what we need is 2 rakes and 2 flat shovels. We also need a batters box template 4x6. - check into prices John Capiello made a motion to adjourn at 8:45 pm, 2nd by John McCloskey
