The meeting was called to order by Todd on June 27, 2006 @ 7:30pm

 

The meeting had 8  board members present with 4  non board members present.

 

Previous months meeting minutes read and approved.

 

Financial report was read and approved.

 

Senior Legion: HNB tournament not happening due to weather-teams have to get the games in 

                         before playoffs.  Possibly having a fathers day or fall tournament.

                         The school district is very pleased with us and are working well with us.

 

Senior Babe Ruth: Had a few problems with some of the players but once spoke to they came

                               around.

 

City County: 6-6   8-11 overall 7 league games are left.

 

Babe Ruth: 1-10 record have 5 games left.  Boyertown and Spring Ford are 10 running everyone.

 

13 year prep: 0-10 pitching is an issue the all star game is on the 9^th   lost 4 players to injury and

                      3 to vacation.

 

Fundraising: we need to do something quick because there is not enough money to pay all of the

                     bills.

Jason would like to take on the fundraising for the signs and so forth Bud made a motion for Jason to handle and was 2^nd by John McCloskey all approved.

 

Texas Roadhouse was brought up by Kim Jason made a motion to go for it and 2^nd by John  McCloskey all were in favor.  Got a few dates that would work and Kim will let everyone know the date when it will take place

 

 

Old Business everything put on the back burner for know

 

New Business:

Birth Certificates- Jason made a motion that we do not hold birth certificates hold for a week maximum 2^nd by John McCloskey all approved.

 

Fall Ball Registration:

 

$100.00 for 15-18 year olds with Jason Feather coaching

$50.00 for 12-14 year olds Rick will help
