Meeting called to order by John @7:16

There were 6 board members and 0 non-board members present.

Jason accepted last months minutes, seconded by Rick.

Jason accepted the Treasurers report, seconded by John.

League Reports

Senior Legion

need help for the Father’s Day Tournament
they need someone on the JV field to act as a liaison and go over the rules with the teams
an e-mail will be sent out that ALL COACHES will be needed to help, especially with field prep
Joel will do the PA and scoreboard (Todd will ask the school if we can use the scoreboard)

Junior Legion

let all coaches know who use the pool field that the trash MUST be emptied after every game
someone needs to talk to St. Pius about emptying the trash after their games also
field also needs to be drug after each game
the new fence is already broken, John will call the township about it

City County

Babe Ruth

13-Year Old

Fundraising

don’t forget to pass the hat during ALL home games
Howard will call Kohl’s with our tournament schedule
the Snack Bar has made $92.00 to date
Howard is still waiting for Boston Market to let us know what we made for the fundraising night
the Basket Party fundraiser made $950.00
all of the signs we have to date are hanging up – we are still waiting for 5 more to be made

Clearances should be handed in by now – Todd sent a list of the people who still need theirs

Fall Ball?
Jason cannot not coach, but has contacts for playing games for anyone who wants to take the older team
due to the Fourth of July holiday, next months meeting will be on July 11^th at Rick’s house @7pm
