PBO will be holding registration for the "2010" season

We are still accepting mail in registration
Thru March 1, 2010
In person registration was conducted in January
Note: If any of the above dates need to be canceled due to inclement weather an alternate registration date of

Registration cost are  league age 13-15 year olds $175 & league age 16-19 year olds $275
League age is players age on or before April 30, 2010
You will receive 5 Fundraiser Lottery Tickets with your registration.
You can sell them for 5 dollars each to reduce your fee.
If you would like to help sell more than your allotted 5 tickets
Tickets are available at every monthly meeting

Your stubs must be returned before April 30th or you will be responsible for the payout!!!!
Payment can be made in cash or check made payable to "PBO"
All registration fees must be paid before try-outs

Printing Instructions
  1. Click on each of the three forms below.
  2. Print Form 1 & Form 2 on same sheet of paper. (front & back if possible)
  3. Print Form 3 on a separate sheet.
  4. Fill out completely in ink.
  5. You must complete all three forms for each player.
  6. Bring all forms with you to registration.
